Here’s how Corsica Technologies has continued to foster financial growth over the past 15 years while staying true to its core mission — ensuring stellar customer service.

Back in 2012, we covered Corsica Technologies, a Centreville, MD-based MSP, which at the time was a 35-employee outsourced IT department on pace to generate $5.5 million in annual revenue, 40% of which was comprised of managed services. Fast forward to 2018, and Corsica Technologies is celebrating its 15th anniversary. Owner Dale Walls shares how the company now boasts $7.5 million in annual revenue with 65% derivative of managed services and is on pace to generate about $9 million this year — all thanks to an emphasis on customer service.
