Configuring MAXfocus ServiceDesk

Colin Muir and Eric Anthony presented this technical webinar that presents how you can configure MAXfocus ServiceDesk, with the goal of improving customer service and enhancing your operational processes through this ticketing system. The webinar agenda includes assistance with set up, setting up integration with RemoteManagement, and additional configurations.

The webinar also explains functionality of the ticketing system, such as  receiving and tracking tickets, exporting time entries to invoicing, and allowing custmomers to create and track tickets via email, web portal, or Twitter.
